Smoked Sausages
Good, traditional Kaminwurzen smoked sausages are an essential part of the cuisine in Alto Adige. And it takes a lot to produce a good Kaminwurzn. Therefore we are particularly proud of the reputation of our smoked sausages.

Our sausage master picks only the best meats for our Kaminwurzn. Mincing, spicing and filling requires a lot of experience and a skilled team. The sausages are lightly smoked to preserve the meat’s deep red colour and then well matured.

Tasty, yet mild, not too soft and not too hard, that’s how we want our smoked sausages. Together with some fresh bread and a glass of wine they are simply delicious!
Our special packaging method helps preserve the aroma and keeps the sausages from becoming too hard.
