Cooked Ham
In Alto Adige we also have a great tradition of cooked ham. Choice meats are seasoned with a mix of Alpine herbs, carefully cooked and then very lightly smoked.

Meranerschinken has a practical shape for cutting beautifully even slices. We love to wrap them around warm asparagus and enjoy them with Bozner Sauce and a dry Pinot Blanc from the Terlan region. This is how we celebrate springtime in the Tyrol!
Gewürzschinken has tasty crust of fine herbs on its golden brown surface. This ham perfectly complements a plate of selected cold meats and its scent will bring a touch of the mountains of Alto Adige to your home.
Rindersaftschinken is made of beef and particularly low in fat, ideal for those who prefer a mild and light flavour. This is the product of choice of our health conscious customers who want to retain a slim figure.
