Pasta dishes with ham

Tasty tagliatelle

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 300g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 100g ham
  • 200g cream
  • salt, pepper, herbs, olive oil

Boil the pasta until it is almost tender. In the meantime cut the onions into thin rings, the ham into small pieces and fry briefly in olive oil. Add cream, pepper, salt and aromatic herbs to the pasta, mix and serve immediately.

Vegetable fusilli with ham

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 350g Fusilli pasta
  • 2 courgettes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 slices of ham
  • half sachet of saffron
  • 1 tbsp of curry powder
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil, salt

Boil the pasta in salt water with the saffron. Cut the ham into strips. Wash the garden pumpkins and the carrots, peel and cut into thin slices. Fry the peeled and crushed garlic with 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot and remove. Add the ham strips, the vegetables and the curry and continue frying at a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir the vegetables and ham several times. Drain the pasta, add it to the pot with the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
