The original Recla Servelade has a robust shape and a delicate, versatile taste. It's tasty when grilled or boiled and served with sauerkraut, or as a delicious ingredient in a salad or with cold pasta.
To the productPreparation
- Cut the Recla Servelade or Recla Meraner sausages into slices.
- Cut the cocktail tomatoes and mozzarella balls in half and mix them with the olives, capers and artichokes.
- Mix the white wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir in the oil.
- Add the sliced sausages and the vegetables to the marinade and mix everything.
- Place the sausage salad on plates, dress it with basil and finally serve it.
