The finest quality meat, slowly aged in the fresh mountain air of Alto Adige for a unique flavor: that’s what makes Recla pancetta stand out. Our master butchers select only the highest-quality pork with the perfect balance of lean and fat. Perfectly salted and spiced, some of our pancettas are lightly smoked, others are left immediately to cure. That gives us the Cured Smoked Pancetta, with a more intense flavor, as well as the Pancetta Val Venosta, sweet and perfect for cooking.
