140 g Recla Speck Alto Adige PGI Julienne
120 g Onions
1 Finely chopped clove of garlic
50 ml Olive oil
250 g Tomato sauce
1 Small bay leaf

Freshly grounded pepper

1 Small, dried chili pepper
400 g Macaroni (or orecchiette, bucatini)
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

To the productPreparation
- Peel and halve the onion and cut it into strips.
- Fry the onions and garlic in the olive oil, add the Speck Alto Adige PGI Julienne and sauté for about 4 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes and the bay leaf. Flavour everything with salt, pepper, parsley and peperoncino and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Cook the maccheroni in salted water until firm to the bite, as indicated on the product package.
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the sauce.
- Put the pasta on the plates and garnish with parmesan cheese.
