TRADITIONAL “KAMINWURZEN” FROM ALTO ADIGE
These are Kaminwurzen, an old Recla family recipe, a traditional cured sausage from Alto Adige. We prepare our Smoked Mini Salamini using the same old-fashioned techniques as the farmers of the Vinschgau Valley, guaranteeing quality and authenticity. We use a blend of 2/3 pork and 1/3 beef for an even more appetizing and tempting snack. The unique, spicy, and slightly smoky flavor comes from a perfect seasoning. Ideal as a snack or appetizer, with homemade bread, or as a special ingredient to take your veggie- or barley-based soups to the next level.
