Here in the Vinschgau Valley, among the mountains of Alto Adige, we at Recla are proud to carry on our family's experience and recipes. Our Specialty Würstels stand out for their exceptional quality and unmistakable taste. We only use pure pork leg meat that we season with spices and flavorings without added polyphosphates and glutamates, remaining gluten- and lactose-free. Quick to prepare, good in a pan or boiled, our würstels are loved by everyone, young and old.

A sausage with a typically elongated shape and medium diameter, characterised by its lighter colour and distinguishing spices. You can cook it on the grill, in a frying pan, boil it for 5 minutes, or microwave it at average intensity for 3 minutes.

Sausage with a slightly elongated shape and large size, is characterized by the fine grindstone and the delicate flavor. You can enjoy grilled or fried (cut in half) for 5 minutes, or in microwave at medium intensity for 4 minutes.

A Wiener is a sausage with an elongated shape and medium diameter. It is finely ground and has a round taste.
