Passion for authentic flavours

In South Tyrol, sausages are an essential part of nutrition, which is why we put so much effort into offering the best quality, in keeping with tradition. We use only quality pork, spices from the family recipe and subject the sausages to a light smoking process with beech wood.

Sausage with a slightly elongated shape and large size, is characterized by the fine grindstone and the delicate flavor. You can enjoy grilled or fried (cut in half) for 5 minutes, or in microwave at medium intensity for 4 minutes.
