Recla is a family-run business now in its third generation. About 330 people work at Recla (many have been in the company for decades) and the plant occupies over 50,000 square meters. Specialist in the production of speck, a member of the Speck Alto Adige Consortium – Quality and protection, Recla applies the same care and passion to produce Cured Ham, Cooked Hams, and sausages. It is the preferred supplier for major business partners: from retailers, to the food industry and large chains of restaurants.
